Whenever I need to take a salad to a potluck or party, this Italian Fresh Green Salad is my go-to.

It’s easy to throw together and is loaded with flavor.

Top with your favorite salad dressing and you are good to go!

Ingredients needed for this Italian Fresh Green Salad:

  • 6cupsromaine lettuce(torn into small pieces)
  • 4cupsbaby spinach
  • 2cupscherry tomatoes
  • 14ouncesartichoke hearts1 can, (rinsed, drained and cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 1green bell pepperthinly sliced
  • 1red bell pepperthinly sliced
  • ¾cupred onionthinly sliced
  • 1cucumbersliced
  • 4ouncessliced olives1 can, drained
  • ½cupsliced banana peppers
  • 1cupshredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8ouncesItalian dressingor your favorite, 1 bottle

How to make this delicious Italian Fresh Green Salad:

  • In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients listed above.
  • Top with your favorite Italian or Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing.

  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts 1 can, (rinsed, drained and cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 4 ounces sliced olives 1 can, drained
  • ½ cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces Italian dressing or your favorite, 1 bottle
