Why can't I buy skin in the from apex store? ›

@BIG_SMOWKE You have to have them unlocked or buy them with Apex coins to be able to get the recolours with legend tokens. It'll show as locked on your screen if you haven't got it (there will be a padlock sign with the required skin next to it I.e Tidal wave etc).

Heirlooms cost 150 Heirloom Shards to craft once they rotate after the event they were introduced in concludes, so you'll need to accumulate a fair number in order to purchase one once it moves to the in-game shop.

Once you get a heirloom set, the counter restarts to 0 and you must open another 500 packs to be guaranteed the other heirloom set. If you get a set earlier than 500, it was pure luck but the counter goes back to 0.
